An outstanding achievement of playing competitive travel ball is the opportunity to continue to the next level and play collegiate softball. The Clovis Rockets approach to recruiting is athlete-driven.
We give our athletes a recruiting platform for videos, profiles, and emails - SportsRecruits. We offer coaching, mentoring, and advising starting with our 18 Gold head coach, Megan Ink, who brings 12 years of D1 coaching and experience to our athletes. We equip our athletes to verify their skill level and identify the best fit and target areas for improvement - OnDeck Measurements.
Congratulations to each Clovis Rocket who has worked the grind and earned a commitment to play softball at the next level. We are so proud of you and will be cheering you on in your next softball chapter.

The Clovis Rockets started in 1992 and we recently celebrated our 30th year as a respected Girls "A" Travel Fastpitch Softball Organization. Throughout this time our primary focus has remained on the development of the player both in the classroom and on the field. The Clovis Rockets understand that our student athletes must first perform at the highest level in the classroom before they can step on the softball field. Our coaches believe that the time and effort our players place into their education will reap rewards well beyond their softball careers. As our players put forth the effort in the classroom, the Clovis Rockets coaches and staff members work tirelessly to elevate each player’s softball skills so they can compete and be successful at the highest level of competition.
Once our players have attained that level of performance, our organizations intense program of marketing your daughter within the college recruiting process begins. Our coaching staffs understand that we must work tirelessly to promote our players and find them a home at the next level. In seeking that perfect college we leave no stone unturned as we understand that this life changing decision involves each family’s education, financial, and athletic needs. Our focused on-going recruiting program seeks out the greatest possible opportunities from every NCAA, NAIA, and JUCO interested in our talented athletes.
If these words strike close to home for you and your family and you would like to be part of a different approach, let’s see if the Rockets might in fact be a worthwhile opportunity for your daughter.
